Above listed are technical skills and many of us try to learn 100% (Perfection doesn’t exist in human) try to learn as much you can and practice soft skills like customer support (It doesn’t require experience, It just need to respect everyone while providing the customer/user support)


I would recommend working on 40% technical skills and 60% soft skills like how to respond in interviews and resume preparation. Starting from Introducing yourself to explaining your skillset and negotiation of offer.
